Ok, so I am 40-ish and you won't believe what I decided to learn to do at my age. Many youngsters, of any age, already know how to do this and have no fear. I, on the other hand, developed a fear of this at an early age. Have you guessed yet? My fear (any guesses?) was due to rose bushes. I wasn't scared of rosebushes or their thorns but falling into them on my bike. So, after many years.... yep, you guessed it, I am now learning how to ride a beautiful bike my husband bought for me on my birthday just 5 years ago. I have had 2 lessons so far, both without pedals. I have to say it's odd but the bike repair guy said it's easier to learn balance and brakes without pedals. Hum? So, we are trying it his way. It's quite a workout but I am enjoying it and by end of summer (I hope) I will be riding my bike with pedals.
It's never too late to learn or create your dreams come true. Yeah, I know it's make your dreams come true, but I like "create". It flows better with my blog theme.
